Michael J. Ferrara began his career in Real Estate when he was 19 years old by interning at SMK Management, a real estate company with over 900 apartment units. After graduating from Indiana University in 2008, he began working full time for Colliers International L.I. Inc. in the Investment Sales Division. Within his first three years at Colliers, he successfully negotiated and closed numerous sales transactions. Michael’s understanding of the real estate market led him to join Highcap Group in 2011 as an Investment Sales Associate. In his time with Highcap, Michael successfully negotiated and closed on over $150 million worth of investment property and was promoted to Senior Director at the firm. In 2017, Michael founded Brax Realty and is the broker of record, Owner and Managing Principal of the firm. To date, Michael has sold over $402,000,000 in deal volume.
In 2015, Michael was honored by Commercial Observer as a “30 under 30” in Commercial Real Estate and has written for or has been featured in the New York Real Estate Journal, The Real Deal, The Commercial Observer and The New York Times. In October 2019, Michael was featured in the New York Real Estate Journal as the “Executive of the Month”.
In his free time, Michael enjoys playing basketball and golf and currently resides in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn with his wife Tara and daughters Isabella & Sylvie.

Alan Stenson joined Brax Realty with over ten years in the real estate industry internationally with seven years of experience in the investment advisory role of mixed-use and multifamily sales in Manhattan. He began his career in his native Ireland having worked several years in Galway City. He continued on to London, England where he was able to develop expertise in the international real estate market. After gaining a strong foothold in London, Alan moved to New York City where he began at Marcus & Millichap further developing his skills while working alongside the company’s top transactional professionals.
Over the past four years, he is responsible for over $207,000,000 worth of assets sold, placed under contract, and listed. Alan’s strength is in his thorough knowledge of the New York Real Estate market and his passion for working alongside his clients to provide in- depth property and market analyses.
Alan graduated with an Honors Bachelor Degree from Galway Mayo Institute of Technology in Property Studies. He is an active member of Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP), Rent Stabilization Association, Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and Young Men’s & Women’s Real Estate Association. Alan is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling, reading and outdoor pursuits. He is a keen runner and has successfully finished two NYC Marathons.

Cole Kinney Leonhardt is a passionate real estate professional who began his career as an 18 year old flipping residential houses. Since his initial introduction to the real estate investment industry he has begun to focus more on rental property investments and has since accumulated 10 units of apartment rentals in Minneapolis, MN. Before graduating from Syracuse University with a Bachelors of Science (BS) in Real Estate, Cole has interned at different real estate firms including: Dornhomes which is the largest residential home builder in Arizona participating in a rotational program allowing training in each division of Dornhomes, IRET (publicly traded REIT) as an Asset Management Analyst helping manage over 12,000 apartments, and lastly began development projects in New Jersey & Connecticut for a start-up modular apartment developer called Vessel Technologies.
Having grown up in Minnesota, Cole enjoys Hockey more than anything as well as both following the stock market and all different types of cuisine, with his favorite food being sushi.

Zohrab Tahir’s real estate journey began in the commercial market of New York City. He has had vast experience in dealing with multi-family, mixed use, office and retail properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx with landlords and investors. Zohrab has continued to grow as an effective team member thriving to secure more deals and work with a large client base. At Brax, Zohrab will be primarily focusing on the CRE market of prime Manhattan with a strong emphasis on multi-family and mixed use properties. An international resident, Zohrab has lived in various countries indulging with people from different cultures and backgrounds; this has helped him become efficient in working well with different types of landlord and investors. Currently, pursuing a major in Internationals and Political Science at CUNY Baruch, Zohrab has a very keen interest in global history and politics.
His extracurricular interests include playing sports such as soccer, basketball, volleyball and cricket. Along with his, he also has acting credentials with theater work in NYC.

Jack Sullivan is a recent graduate from the University of Scranton with a major in business and a minor in data analytics. Raised in New York and surrounded by a family business of real estate development and management, he realized his passion for the industry early on. In his junior year at the University of Scranton, Jack started a media company - Sullivan Media Management working with real estate professionals. His internships at Cushman & Wakefield (VEP) and eXp Realty further solidified his interest in the industry.
An avid athlete, Jack was a recruited Lacrosse player and finished his college career as Captain and President of the University of Scranton club lacrosse team. He was also a head member of the Entrepreneurship Club. During his free time, Jack brilliantly invests in the golf industry, one swing and lost ball at a time!
